Astyra is an AI-powered occasion makeup intelligence application that provides makeup look recommendations based on user-selected occasions and skin tones. The service includes:
Free tier: Users receive 3 free occasion scans per calendar month. Scans reset automatically at the start of each new month.
Pro tier: Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the price displayed in the app (currently $4.99/month). The 7-day free trial applies to new subscribers only. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
The App contains affiliate links to third-party retailers. When you click a product link and make a purchase, Astyra may receive a commission. See our Affiliate Disclosure for full details.

All content within the App — including look recommendations, colour palettes, occasion intelligence data, design, and code — is the intellectual property of Astyra. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute App content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astyra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
